We will only contact you via your chosen method to keep you up to date with Jem Weston news and promotions. Your information is stored on secure devices and we do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our journal via email. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our journal. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe from the journal at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by contacting Jem.
Orders and Payment Details
When you place an order on our shop your name, address, email and contact number will be stored by Squarespace (please see privacy policy here) and Jem Weston. All personal information held by Jem Weston will be used purely for the purposes of processing your order and will be stored securely on password protected devices. Please be assured that we do not share your personal information with other companies without your consent.
Any payments made on our shop will be processed and stored either by Stripe (if you pay by card) or by Paypal. Card payments taken in person by Jem Weston are processed by Sum-up.
